Marinade In Fridge

Marinating meat is a great way to tenderize it and introduce flavor, but make sure you marinate safely. When marinating meat, cover it and put it in the fridge, not on the counter. When you're ready to cook, throw out the marinade; not only should marinades from raw meat not be used on cooked meat, but you also shouldn't let it cook in the same marinade as it contains toxins from the raw meat.
