Champagne Vinaigrette

If you have excess champagne that's gone flat, turn it into champagne vinegar that you can use to make this delicious vinaigrette for topping your salads and more. Note: to turn champagne into vinegar, simple pour it into a clean jar, seal with cheesecloth to keep bugs out, and leave it in a cool, dark area for at least one month.
