It's versatile

Pour sardines packed with tomato sauce straight out of the can onto a bed of pasta, and you’ve got an instant meal. Add chopped smoky trout to mashed avocado with a squeeze of lemon, and spread it on toast. Turn canned salmon into crispy fish cakes. Use canned anchovies in this authentic French Niçoise salad. The possibilities are endless.
