Bombardino - Italy

Leave it to Italy to create this fantastic winter concoction that's especially popular at ski resorts. Bombardino literally means "the bomb" in Italian, and it comes in several versions—one with rum, one with whisky, and another with brandy. It's extremely easy to make, consisting of one-part alcohol, one-part egg liqueur. Sometimes espresso is added, and it's delicious served with whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon. In other words, it's like eggnog for adults.
