Pan Bagnat (France)
Pan bagnat is a sandwich specialty that hails from the south of France. It's essentially a picnic-ready version of the traditional French salad niçoise. The toppings typically include raw veggies, hard-boiled eggs, tuna, anchovies, olive oil, and salt and pepper, stacked onto a round whole-wheat bread. But you can also use crusty baguette, which will soak everything up just as well. Get the recipe here.
