Mini Zebra Muffins
These Zebra Muffins are adorable and delicious!
DEFAULT TITLE
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Olive Oil
- Milk
- Flour
- Baking Powder
METHOD
- Separate egg whites from yolk
- Whisk egg whites then add sugar, then set aside
- Put egg yolks in another bowl and whisk with sugar
- Mix in olive oil and milk
- Add whipped egg whites and fold into mixture with a spatula
- Divide into two new bowls
- Pour cocoa powder into one bowl and vanilla extra into the other
- Put vanilla mixture into each well of muffin tin
- Add a smaller layer of the cocoa mixture.
- Keep layering then top with the smallest layer of vanilla
- Put in oven and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees
- Serve!

Crumble cornbread and biscuits in a 9x13 baking pan
- 1 pan of day old cornbread
- 1 can of day old biscuits
- 1 or 2 ribs of cut celery from the heart
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 eggs beaten slightly beaten
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 cans (16oz) chucken broth
- 2 medium yellow onions
- 2t sage

- 1 box Stouffers stuffing Cornbread Preferred
- 1 Package Alouette Cheese spread
- Cream Cheese Garlic and Oregano if on tight budget
- 1 small can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 small can Cream of Celery soup
- Mix and match cream soups according to taste or allergies
- Vegatable of choice Asparagus preferred

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen corn
- 1/2 cup fine chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup fine chopped yellow onion
- 1/2 cup fine chopped celery
- 1/2 cup fine chopped Anaheim chili pepper
- 4 to 6 cloves minced garlic
- 2 to 5 minced red jalapeno peppers
- 1 to 3 minced habanero or other hot peppers
- 2 1/2 pounds crumbled chorizo sausage

- 1 1/2 tablespoon chopped chives
