Spaghetti Squash Alfredo

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 medium-sized spaghetti squash
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp cream cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus 2 Tablespoons extra for topping
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
- Crushed red pepper flakes and fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Mom's Caesar Salad Dressing

Mix in blender (do not overbeat or it will become to thick)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon Juice
- 1 flat of anchovies (without the oil)
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp mayo

- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda

- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 1/2 tsp dry active yeast

- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup plus 2 tbsp warm water
- 1 egg white and 1 tbsp water
Banana Oatmeal Waffles

Blend oatmeal, banana, and water (or almond milk), gradually adding the vanilla and baking soda
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups water (or almond milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Quintessential Granola

Preheat the oven to 300*. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup dry roasted, unsalted almonds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
