Lemon Pancakes

Combine flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, and baking powder in a large bowl
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. freshly grated lemon peel
- 1 can blueberry pie filling (or make your own sauce)
- Optional: whipped cream or cool whip
Sausage Casserole

Place one can crescent rolls in bottom of a 9X13 glass dish
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 lb. sausage (brown and drain)
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese (cubed)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- Optional :taco toppings (salsa, peppers, tomatoes)
Flavored Marshmallow Dessert

In the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the butter until smooth and well blended
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 - 7 ounce jar of marshmallow creme or fluff
- 2 cups confectioners sugar (icing or powdered sugar), sifted
- 6-8 drops of red liquid food coloring
- 2-3 tsp milk or cinnamon liquor
- 2-3 tsp.peppermint extract (if making peppermint flavored)
- 1/3 cup crushed candy canes or cinnamon chips
Tater Tot Caserole

- 1/2 bag frozen tater tots, thawed
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can cream based or cheddar cheese soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 8 oz. shredded cheese (any kind)

- 2 jars spaghetti sauce or 1 large jar

Microwave potatoes in a microwavable ziploc bag with desired seasonings/spices
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 pkg. refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 bag refrigerated diced potatoes
- 4 oz. shredded cheese
- 1/2-3/4 bag frozen corn
- spices (to flavor potatoes and chicken)

- 1 lb. confectioner's sugar, plus extra for flouring surface
