Rice Vermicelli pulao

Heat a oil in pan.Add onion and fry for 2 minutes
- Mixed Vegetables - 1 cup
- Rice Vermicelli - 2 cups(half boiled and drained)
- Onion - 1 small
- Tomato - 1 small
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Water - 3 1/2 cup water
- Coriander leaves - For garnishing

Mix rawa, curd and water. Keep aside for at least 1 hour for fermentation
- 2 cups - semolina
- 1 cup - yoghurt
- 1/2 cup - water
- Chopped vegetables (onion, tomato,capsicum)

Soak the chilies in water for about 15 minutes
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1/4 inch ginger root
- 4-6 red chillies
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds (jeera)
