  • 1 lb cooked macaroni noodles
  • 3-4 whole eggs
  • 1 can Evaporated milk
  • 3 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 13x9" pan and set oven to 350`

Step 2

Mix all ingredients in large bowl and stir until well combined

Step 3

Pour mixture into casserole dish. Bake 30-45 minutes.
(Optional) Add more cheese on top of casserole before baking.

Check for firmness after baking time. There should be no runny liquid. Also make sure there is enough liquid to cover the noodles and press it all firmly into the pan.
