QUICK & EASY SANDWICH BREAD PIZZA

Got pizza cravings? Here's how to make the shortcut version, starting with a few slices of sandwich bread! 

Serves: 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 slices sandwich bread (1 with the crusts removed)
  • Tomato sauce
  • 1 slice deli ham
  • Shredded cheese
  • 3 black olives

Instructions:

  1. Using a cookie cutter, cut a circle out of the slice of sandwich bread with the crusts removed.
  2. Spread the circle with tomato sauce.
  3. Cut out an equal-sized circle in the deli ham, and place it on top of the tomato sauce.
  4. Top with grated cheese.
  5. Add 1 olive. 
  6. Spread the full slice of sandwich bread with tomato sauce.
  7. Roughly chop the remaining ham into pieces.
  8. Top with grated cheese.
  9. Add 2 olives.
  10. Place the mini pizzas onto a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.
  11. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F.
  12. Serve.
