This recipe is for 2 people, with large servings:
- 2 cups Korean or Japanese rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 2 cups fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp. of soy sauce
- 1 tsp. of sugar
- 1 tsp. of sesame oil
- 2 tsp. of Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 eggs
- Vegetable oil
