Mojito

Mojitos are a much loved cocktail, originally hailing from South America. They’re light and refreshing thanks to sparkling water, lime and mint. To make a delicious mojito, add some fresh mint leaves to the bottom of a glass, along with some cane sugar syrup and lime wedges. Crush these ingredients together using a muddler, and then add rum, ice cubes and sparkling water. For a non-alcoholic mojito, simply replace the rum with fruit juice like grapefruit or pineapple. Delish!
