The secret to making brownies that are under 100 calories each is to replace the oil or butter with non-fat Greek yogurt. Not only does this yield equally moist and yummy results but also makes them rich in protein. To up the healthy factor even more, use antioxidant-rich dark chocolate and whole-wheat flour.
