Shepherd's Pie

Simplify this classic British recipe by forgoing the boiled beef and homemade mashed potatoes. Instead, mix ground beef with garlic, onion and parsley, and use instant mashed potatoes. Put the meat mixture into a baking dish and cover with mashed potatoes. For added indulgence, top it off with a generous serving of grated cheese. Bake until golden brown. Easy as pie (pun intended)!
