Pineapple & heirloom tomato salsa

Fresh pineapple and heirloom tomatoes makes a delicious sweet and sour salsa! Simply mix 1 cup of finely chopped pineapple and 1 cup of finely chopped tomatoes, then season with salt, 1 teaspoon of cumin and the juice of 1 lime or lemon. You can also add some chilies if you like your salsa spicy. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, and bring back to room temperature before serving.
