Salted butter caramel

Salted butter caramel is the ULTIMATE sweet caramel-flavored treat. You can spread it on a crepe, add it to a fruit salad cup, slip it into chocolate pies or muffins or biscuits—the possibilities are endless. It's a super easy, scrumptious recipe that would be a shame to miss out on: Heat 3/4 cup sugar on high heat. Once it starts to brown and caramelize, remove from heat and add 3/4 cup liquid cream. Mix well. Add 1/3 cup salted butter. Heat again for 2 minutes, and it's ready!
