Millionaire's shortbread

Millionaire's shortbread is a sweet, caramel-lover's dream. It's formed with a thick layer of biscuit for the crunchy base, a generous layer of caramel for the creamy middle and topped with one of its best flavor complements—chocolate! The caramel layer is made of 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tablespoon honey and a carton of sweetened condensed milk. Pour everything into a saucepan, and let it caramelize on its own. Once it's ready, all that's left to do is layer your dessert!
