Sweet and spicy wings

Nothing like a nice plate of wings to spoil Dad on Father's Day! This sweet and spicy variation is so good, he won't even care about getting all messy. Plus, you only need 3 ingredients for the sauce!

Preheat the oven to 400° F, and start by boiling the chicken wings for 8 minutes on the stove. Drain and transfer to a baking tray, making sure to dry them completely. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a saucepan on medium-low heat. Add 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (or more, if your Dad loves spice!) and a 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons of orange marmalade. Stir well, and heat through for 5 to 8 minutes more. Place baked wings into a large bowl. Add the spicy-sweet sauce and toss well to coat. Serve immediately.
