If you're able to find ready-made 'vol-au-vent' shells at your local supermarket or bakery, then you've got to try this recipe. Cook the mussels in wine just like in the previous recipes, for about 10 minutes. When cooked, remove them from the shells. Combine the mussels with a mixture of ready-made white sauce and grated cheese. Then stuff the vol-au-vent shells with this filling, and bake for 10 minutes at 350° F, until golden. You can also add some mushrooms or shrimp to the mix.
