USA - Caesar Salad: Classic recipe

Many countries try to replicate this American classic—and tend to come up a bit short. To make a real Caesar salad with that unmistakably zesty flavor, you'll need romaine lettuce, garlic croutons, grated Parmesan, olive oil, garlic, salt, cracked black pepper and extra Parmesan for serving. The dressing is made with anchovies, eggs, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil, grated Parmesan and seasonings to taste. To turn it into a satisfying main dish, top with sliced, grilled chicken.
