Strawberry lemon brightener

Wash 2 cups strawberries, and slice them in half. Add 1 washed lemon cut into slices and 1 liter of water. If you want a slightly crisper taste, add 4 mint leaves. You can serve this detox water to the kids to keep them hydrated during the summer. Add a few strawberries and ice cubes on top to make it even more refreshing.

METHOD

  2. Take the carrots and cut into thin slices.
  3. Peel the mango and slice into thin strips.
  4. Squeeze the juice from 2 limes into a bowl, and add olive oil, soy sauce, minced onion, salt and pepper.
  5. In a bowl, toss together the mango, carrot, rocket, and lime-soy dressing.
