Brown the chicken pieces in a pan with a dash of olive oil. Once browned, add cherry tomatoes cut in half. Let cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Salt a pot of boiling water, and add julienned bell peppers and fresh green beans. Cook rice noodles according to package directions. Once everything is cooked, drain and toss the noodles with the vegetables and chicken. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a small drizzle of sesame oil. So yum!
