Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Cook the pasta to al dente, drain and set aside. In a skillet, cook some ground meat with onions and herbs for a few minutes until lightly browned. Spread a layer of the pasta in a baking dish. Pour in a mixture of milk and and egg, and top with the meat preparation. Add another layer of pasta, and finish by sprinkling on some grated cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, and serve with homemade tomato sauce.
