This is the way to go for all those who think they hate Brussels sprouts! Cut the sprouts in half and roast them with olive oil and sea salt for 20 minutes at 400 °F. As with broccoli, we recommend sprinkling them with vinaigrette as soon as they come out of the oven and serving immediately. Some other great additions include pine nuts, almonds, hazelnuts and any nut- or seed-based oils mixed into the vinaigrette (such as sesame, walnut or hazelnut oil).
