Cauliflower

Roasted cauliflower is a revelation the first time you taste it. The cauliflower takes on an incredible hazelnut flavor which is simply exquisite. Don't hesitate to roast the florets until their surface is slightly burnt. Drizzle with a vinaigrette made from fish sauce, sesame oil and lemon juice as they come out of the oven. Allow 35 minutes of baking at 400 °F.
