Cheesy zucchini bake

This cheesy dish is another delish way for you to enjoy low-calorie zucchini and bakes up in just 1 hour. Cut off the ends of your zucchini, then slice them into thin rounds before steaming or boiling them to soften. Place the rounds in a buttered baking dish, then pour in a mixture of egg, cream and a bit of salt. Top with grated gruyere or swiss cheese, and bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 °F.
