One of the keys to surviving motherhood at a whole is flexibility: whatever situation you might end up in, just figure out a way to make it work for you. The same concept can be applied to your fitness goals! You don't need a fancy gym or a special place in your home to work out. Instead, use the spaces you have: run at the park instead of on the treadmill (it's better that way, anyway!), put your yoga mat in the backseat so you can pull it out at a moment's notice, use benches at the playground to do tricep dips or the monkey bars for chin-ups. The possibilities are endless; just keep an eye out and grab every one you find.
