On Your Lunch Break

Especially if you have a full-time job plus kids, it can be just as hard to get up extra early in the morning as it is to fit in your session after work and school. So why not do it in the middle of the day? Instead of spending your lunch-break sitting in the break room, use that hour to work out, even just for 20 or 30 minutes of that time. (Just don't forget to bring a change of clothes if you're planning on sweating!)
