Prevention

Ultimately, no matter which of these things is the culprit, you can usually avoid headaches by slowing your drinking pace. This way, your body is much less likely to get overwhelmed by high doses of ingredients.

Dehydration is also an all-too-common problem when drinking alcohol, so make sure you drink plenty of water before, during, and after. A good rule of thumb is to make yourself drink one glass of water for every glass of wine (or other alcohol) you consume.

Cheers!

This is the one thing you should be doing with your wine (that you're probably not).
