Too spicy

You're almost done making a delicious meal, and you accidentally dropped too much chili pepper into the pot. Even though some people might enjoy a really spicy curry, you're not obliged to suffer through one if you don't want to!

Simply add some plain Greek yogurt to your dish, or you can serve it on the side. The yogurt will turn down the heat and soothe your burning tongue.

Another option is to add cream, coconut milk or even sweet potato puree!
