Don't you hate it when the bottom of your cake burns? All it takes is a faulty recipe or a temperamental oven to ruin your beautiful cake. 

The solution? Delicately flip your cake so that the burnt side is on top. Using a sharp knife, slice the cake horizontally so that you remove the burnt part. Then cover your cake with frosting and fruit, and no one will ever notice!
