Chivito (Uruguay)

This steak and egg sandwich is the national dish of Uruguay, commonly made with tender churrasco (beef steak), tomatoes, mozzarella cheese,  olives, bacon or ham, eggs and mayonnaise on a toasted bun. And despite the fact that chivito actually means "little goat" or "baby goat," this sandwich is made with beef. Here's a delicious recipe with all the classic ingredients.
