Frozen vegetables

Frozen vegetables will still be in tip top condition 10 - 12 months after the date on the bag, as long as they have been properly stored at a stable freezing temperature. Check if your frozen veggies are still good by looking for signs of freezer burn - dry spots or discoloration. Freezer burn doesn't make food dangerous to eat, but it will affect the taste and texture.
