- 2 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Filling:
- 2 Bags shredded cheddar cheese
- Egg Wash:
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water
- pinch of salt
- Topping:
- coarse salt
- rosemary (to taste)

- 9 cups water
