Add all ingredients to a gallon Ziploc bag or plasticware container, make sure they are mixed to distribute flavor
- 2 lbs beef steak, cubed or thinly sliced

- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- dash dried oregano leaves
- 2 large white onions, sliced in rings
- ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
- 1½ cups water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2-3 tsp. Adobo

- 2 pounds beef sirloin (cut into strips)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 large sliced onion
- 2 green peppers, cut in strips
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt & pepper to taste

Sauerkraut Pork Chops With Potatoes

Heat oil in deep skillet, Season pork chops with pepper and garlic salt,
- 4-5 pork chops
- 6 medium red potatoes, scrubbed and sliced thick
- 1 onion, very finely sliced
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 can or bag sauerkraut
- 1 can chicken broth
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt or garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 lb ground beef
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Sofrito
- 1 packet Sazon
- 1/4 to 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 10 diced olives
- corn oil or Crisco for frying

Easy Bean and Pepper Chili

In large pot, brown meat in olive oil, drain liquid
- 3 lbs ground turkey or beef
- 8 assorted color bell peppers, sliced
- 3 large onions, sliced
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 large or two medium cans whole peeled plum tomatoes
- salt & pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- shredded cheddar cheese
Stuffed Cabbage

Core cabbage and boil in large pot of water until slightly tender
- 1 large or 2 medium heads of cabbage
- 2 Tablespoons shortening
- 2 large onions
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2-3 Tablespoons Hungarian Paprika
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 1 package smoked kielbasa, cut into pieces
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- salt & pepper

MASA: Peel the plantains and yautía and cut into small pieces as you peel place them in the salted water
- MASA:
- 5 white yautias
- 3 green plantains or 6 small guineitos (green bananas)
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 packet of Sazón with achiote
- 1 tablespoon of melted cooled shortening
- 1 lg bowl salted water
- FILLING:
- 2 lbs pork (ground or cubed)
- 1/2.ounces of tocino (salt pork)
- 1 ounce of jamón de cocinar (cooking ham)
- 2 tablespoons of Sofrito
- 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
- 2 packets of Sazon with achiote
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4.teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup pimento stuffed olives (chopped)
Pernil (Roast Pork Shoulder)

*Season the meat one day ahead and refrigerate, covered in plastic wrap
- 6 lbs picnic pork shoulder
- 9 minced garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 6 teaspoons salt (or 1 teaspoon of salt per pound of meat if you are using a smaller cut of meat)
Hawaiian Chicken

Salt and pepper cutlets, Beat eggs in a bowl, dip cutlets in egg and then breadcrumbs
- 4 lbs thin sliced chicken cutlets
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups unseasoned breadcrumbs
- oil for frying
- 1 large can or 2 regular cans crushed pineapple
- 2 large jars Cantonese Sweet & Sour Duck Sauce

- 2 pounds thin sliced chicken cutlets
- 2 cups flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- chicken bouillon seasoning
- 2 cans chicken broth
