Creamy Portuguese Chicken

Marinate chicken in the above
- 1 chicken
- 2level tsp robertsons chicken spice, 1full tsp coarse red
- chillies,
- salt,
- 1tsp fine jeeroo,
- 1tblsp lemon juice,
- 1tsp crushed garlic.

Wash and cube the cucumber into time 1mmx 1mm cubes
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 onion cubed fine
- 1 cup yogurt/ sour cream
- 1 tbsp green chutney
- Pounded green chillies

In the bowl of a food processor, combine tahini and lemon juice
- One 15-ounce can (425 grams) chickpeas, also called garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup (59 ml) fresh lemon juice, about 1 large lemon
- 1/4 cup (59 ml) tahini
- Half of a large garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for serving
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon kosher salt, depending on taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 to 3 tablespoons water
- Dash of ground paprika for serving

Adjust an oven rack to the middle position and turn broiler on (high heat)
- 2 medium eggplants (about 2 pounds or 900 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) tahini (sesame paste)

In a pot add milk, condesed milk; evaporated milk, kesar n gass powder mix with some milk (dont take extra milk)
- 1 1/2 pint milk
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 tin evaporated milk
- 1 tin Nestle cream
- 2 1/2 tsp slightly full gass powder
- Good pinch kesar
- Few drops of different colour optional

Blend all the ingredients except the whipped cream in a blender for 30-45 seconds
- 1½ cups crushed iced
- 2-1 ounce shots of espresso OR use ¾ cup of double strength (strong) coffee mixed with ½ cup of milk and increased crushed iced amount by ¼ cup.
- ¾ cup your choice of milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar (more or less depending on preference)
- optional whipped cream in a can or freshly made and chocolate syrup
