- 1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
- 1 cup slightly crushed cornflakes
- 1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. milk

- 2 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 2 tsp. coriander seeds
- 2 cloves
- 2 green cardamom
- 1 black cardamom
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise flower
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp. kashmiri chilli powder
