- 1kg fillet steak
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic chille sauce
- 1/4 cup black vinegar
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 2 tsp Worcester sauce

- 2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 4 tablespoons cold butter
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
