Dessert- Mint Cheesecake

Blend biscuits in blender and melt the butter and mix together till all biscuit is coated
- 300g Philadelphia cheese
- 250g digestives
- 100g melted butter
- 50g icing sugar
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- Nutella
- 1 big aero chocolate bar
Salads- Fattoush

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400F/200C
- 2 whole wheat pita pocket breads, cut into strips about 3/4 inch wide, then toasted and crumbled
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (let drain a minute or two if extra juicy)
- 1 cup diced cucumber (same size as tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley (leaves only, no stems)
- Dressing Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic (2-4 cloves garlic)
- 1 tsp. salt (I used fine grind sea salt)
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice, about 2 large lemons (I love lemon, so adjust the amount to your own taste)
- 1 tsp. powdered Sumac, plus more for sprinkling on individual salads if desired)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Cook the mince with spices until done, and dry

- 8 Chicken legs

Baked Potato Soup

Melt the butter in the bottom of a large pot over medium-high heat
- 2 sticks (1 cup/16 tablespoons) unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 cups whole milk
- 5 large potatoes, baked and cubed (peeled, if desired)
- 2 pounds chicken cooked and shredded (about 2 cups)
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Steak & Cheddar Melts

Sprinkle a good amount of spices on each steak piece, stack one ontop of another
- 1 kg steak, sliced
- Aromat
- Aromatic lemon and herb
- Garlic- crushed
- Crushed green chillies

- 2 large mangoes pureed
- ¾ x 397g can condensed milk
