Roll out dough into 2 round large discs
- Pizza dough/ pastry dough
- Tomatoes
- Salami

Pastry Mix all the ingredients and using water, add just enough to bind the dough

In a pot add the first 5 ingredients, stir and allow it to come to a boil
- 1 Litre Milk
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tsp china grass powder
- 3 tbsp Sojee
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp Elachi
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cream

- 1 LB CHICKEN FILLET
- 1 TBLSP PERI PERI NANDOS SAUCE
- 2 TBLSP LEMON JUICE
- 1 TBLSP PERI PERI OIL
- ½ TSP TURMERIC/ARAD
- ¼ TSP CRUSHED GARLIC

- ½ TSP CHILLIE POWDER

Mutton- Korma with Rice

- 2 kg mutton (washed and drained)

- 1 tsp red chillies
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp arad
- 2 tblsp dry dhana
- 5 whole green chillies
- 1 tin tomatoes (liquidized)
- 2 cups Greek yoghurt
- 5 potatoes (peeled and fried)

Mix boiling water, saffron, elachi and 3 tbls sugar and set aside
- Half cup ghee
- Half cup sojee/taystee wheat
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 mug boiling water
- 1 tsp elachi
