...and you can bake them into healthy chips! Take 1 cup potato peels from about 6 medium potatoes. Place them on a lined baking sheet in a single layer, then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. You can briefly mix them up with your hands so they all get coated. Let them bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for around 15 minutes, or until crispy. Add them to a bowl, and toss with your favorite spices. There you have it: a homemade snack that's a million times better than any brand of store-bought chips!
