Turn it into red wine vinegar

...DIY red wine vinegar. Simply combine one part wine with one part water, then add the "mother of vinegar" (a starter fermenting bacteria culture, usually available for purchase online and at wine supply stores). Place in a covered jar and store in a dark, cool place for 2-3 months, and voilà! Homemade vinegar.
