Make croutons

...homemade croutons! Just chop the stale bread into cubes and lay them on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with salt, pepper, and your choice of seasonings or herbs. Spread the cubes out in a single layer on a baking tray. Let the croutons bake in the oven at 375°F for around 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Flip them once halfway through, so they brown easily. Now, you can serve them in soups or on top of salads for that satisfying crunch!
