Cilantro & garlic salsa verde

This salsa verde is perfect for topping chicken, fish or even steak! Simply blend 1 handful of fresh cilantro with 1 handful of fresh parsley in a food processor. Add 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and lime juice, blend again, then season generously with salt. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
