Curried mayonnaise

Here's another exotic flavor burst. Curry powder is traditionally used in East Indian cuisine and is composed of a complex spice blend that varies (peppers, seeds, turmeric, herb leafs, etc.). Just add the powder to mayonnaise for a zestful change from same ol', plain ol' mayo.

Combine the mayonnaise with bread crumbs, a dry Onion soup mix and your meat, and you've got a juicy, Indian-inspired burger in no time.
