Vegetable bake

Mustard is a tasty binding agent to incorporate in your baked dishes. Cook up some vegetables in a skillet (onions, eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes and other veggies of your choice). Once everything is cooked, stir in one tablespoon of mustard. Place the veggies in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 350° F in a preheated oven.
