Dad will go crazy for these Nutella cream puffs—so much so that he'll probably request them everyday! We have a feeling you and everyone else who's celebrating will like them, too, so maybe make a big batch just in case...
To make these little bites of heaven, preheat the oven to 400° F. Combine 1 cup water, 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Whisk in 1 cup flour immediately. Stir until you get a ball of dough. Let cool for 10 minutes. Then add in 4 eggs, one at a time, stirring well to incorporate each one. Use a pastry bag to squirt out 12 individual puffs on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 3O to 35 minutes until golden. Cool completely on a wire rack. Meanwhile, whisk 1 1/2 cups heavy cream into soft peaks, using an electric hand mixer. Mix in 3/4 cup Nutella until fully combined. Carefully halve your cooked puffs and fill with the cream. Dust them with powdered sugar on top and serve.
