Preheat the oven to 400° F. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. Use a jar of marinara sauce to spread across the bottom of an ovenproof baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 15-oz containers of ricotta cheese, 2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Stuff the cooked shells with the seasoned cheese mixture, and arrange them on top of the marinara sauce. Top with 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
