Sauteed vegetables

When sauteeing vegetables, you usually get a delicate aroma that escapes from the pan and fills your nostrils with delicious anticipation of what you're about to eat. It's succulent but also super rich. Lots of eggplant, bell peppers and zucchini won't hurt you, but consuming their equivalence in olive oil will because of its high calorie count: about 884 calories per 100 grams.
